Lumi is a product by CraftedStays. It’s a bridge between your property management system (PMS) and AI clients like Claude. It’s currently free and in beta.

When you ask a question through a connected AI client, Lumi makes a live API call to your PMS (OwnerRez, and optionally PriceLabs), returns the answer to the AI client, and that’s it. Lumi is the pipe.

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You’re responsible for keeping your email secure and for the PMS credentials you connect. You must have a valid account with whichever PMS you connect.

The complete list:

• Your email address, for sign-in.
• Your PMS credentials (OwnerRez API key, PriceLabs API key, etc.), encrypted at rest.
• Connection metadata: which provider you connected, when you connected, connection status, last verified time, and your property count at the time of connection.
• Standard server logs (timestamps, error messages) for operating the service. These do not contain the contents of your bookings, guests, or messages.

• Your bookings, reservations, or revenue data.
• Guest personal information (names, emails, phone numbers, messages, payment details).
• The questions you ask or the answers Lumi returns. There is no analytics SDK in the product.
• We do not train any AI model on your data, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Lumi connects to services you authorize. Your PMS (OwnerRez, PriceLabs) is the source of truth for your data. Your AI client (such as Claude, made by Anthropic) is where answers are delivered. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which govern what they do with the data they receive. We are not responsible for those policies.

Disconnect a provider and we delete the encrypted credentials for it. Delete your account and we delete your email, credentials, and connection metadata. If you want confirmation in writing, email us.

Lumi is provided as-is. We don’t promise uptime, availability, or that it will always be free. If the cost of running Lumi grows beyond what we can absorb, we may introduce pricing to cover infrastructure. If we do, you won’t be billed by surprise.

We’re not liable for business decisions you make based on Lumi’s answers. It’s a tool. Verify anything that matters against your PMS directly.

Don’t try to break Lumi, abuse rate limits, reverse-engineer it, or use it to access PMS accounts that aren’t yours. We can terminate accounts that do.

We may update this document. Meaningful changes will bump the “last updated” date at the top. Keep using Lumi after an update and you’re agreeing to the new version.
